Tough restrictions are in the cards for fortune-tellers in Warren.
The city is on the verge of passing one of the nation’s most stringent regulations for fortune-tellers by requiring licenses, fees, fingerprints, criminal background reports and employment histories for anyone who earns money forecasting the future.
They should have seen this coming.

Here’s proof that Poles are not the dumbest people on the earth.  That distinction is apparently saved for the Irish.  The police in Ireland were trying to track down the worst driver who ran up over 50 speeding and parking tickets.  His name is Prawa Jazdy, a Pole.  Trouble is “Prawa Jazdy” means “Driving License” [...]

And here I thought the flood of “I find your lack of <insert pun here> disturbing” captions would cancel each other out.
