The March To Socialism

I agree with most of this, but one thing that is completely wrong is:

The U.S. government has already—under a conservative Republican administration—effectively nationalized the banking and mortgage industries.

Bush was not a conservative president – he spent money and increased the size of the government just like a liberal.  Regardless, we are in fact marching our way to European-style Socialism, where double-digit unemployment and 90% tax brackets are the norm.  We need to find, and elect, some real conservatives.
