A Sad Lesson In Self Defense

As if I needed another reason to own a gun.  The law enforcement approach to eliminating terrorism won’t work because law enforcement cannot protect all of the citizens all of the time.  The feds knew this guy was bad news but didn’t, or couldn’t, act in time.  When the state or local cops show up late, we see a chalk outline.  When the feds show up late, we see the twin towers collapse.  Personal security and national security require two different approaches.  But as this sad lesson has shown us, national security often involves personal security.
