The Affirmative Action President Nominates An Affirmative Action Judge
Sotomayor is qualified to be a judge on the high court, just as technically Obama is qualified to be president (hell, I’m qualified to be president), but she’s probably not the best candidate available. She’s a woman, which is not a minority but people pretend it is, and Latina, which is a minority. Double minority trumps all. If only she was gay, the lefties would be in heaven.
