To Infinity And Beyond!

$25 billion of the $787 billion Recovery and Payola Act of 2009 was spent to improve energy efficiency but neither created nor saved a single job.  My back-of-the-envelope calculation of the price-per-job comes out to be around infinity.  Might as well be.
