Letter Writing Campaign

Instead of sponsoring a bill that would have helped prevent the current economic crisis, or authoring his own bill, Obama chose to write a letter.  Um, isn’t that what citizens do when they want their elected representatives to take action?  Does Obama even know that he is in fact a Senator?  Maybe not, since he’s been running for President most of the time.
